In this little bonus update from Christa we discuss how most people die in their zone of excellence, my soft spot for service providers and practitioners avoiding burnout, how most entrepreneurs have higher incidence of adverse childhood events (ACES AKA trauma) which causes them to crave chaos and how the subconscious runs the show.
I also share the things that have reduced mental and physical chaos the most in my life and business in recent years, realigning my vision, mission and values and how I'm alchemizing these tools into retreats.
