On this episode I address a really common question I hear and that is this, “Can you please help me fall back asleep at night?” Well I have some good news! The answer is absolutely! So do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep? That used to be such an issue for me, too.
What not to do:
Scroll through your phone or tablet
What to do:
5 simple quick steps to help you fall back asleep:
1--adjust your body to find comfortable supportive positioning
2--3-5 cleansing breaths
3--open your 5 senses
4--progressive muscle relaxation utilizing your extremities
5--4-7-8 breath (StressFreeMD variation)
