On this episode I teach you how to be successful with your goals. It is one thing to have goals. It is another thing to actually successfully carry them out and attain them. I know what it is like to have lots of things you want to achieve and then only partially get there or not at all. And since my doctor brain loves organization, boxes to check, specific steps laid out for me without me having to think about “the how to” part, I want to share this 5 step formula that learned, implement and have found super helpful.
