Helloooo! And thanks for tuning into The Stress Sessions.
This episode isn't your usual hour-long discussion about mental illness because unfortunately, after discussing with my guest, we've taken the decision to postpone the release of this episode.
So, think of this one as a reflection - some time to look back on your own, personal mental health journey - if there have been setbacks, you'll know where I'm coming from; just give it a listen.
Basically, setbacks aren't great - but it's great when you recognise them as a setback - and it's also absolutely fine to take a break too.
P.S. It's the GRAND FINALE of Series Two this week and you'll find out who my final guest is to cap things off - he's amazing.
If you enjoy the episode or any of the others, please share with friends, family, or anyone who you think they may help.
Give it a little listen and have a lovely week.

On a side note, I'm not a professional in this field, nor do I claim to be. These podcasts are purely based on my own, personal experiences, and those of my guests, alongside some simple hints and tips along the way.
If you are suffering from a mental illness, there are lots of amazing charities that will be able to help you by offering professional advice. You'll be able to find these here.
