On this episode, I talk with you about something one of my mentors said to me several years ago and I come back to it over and over again as it has been extremely helpful…my mentor said “Robyn, you need to be more like a coconut and less like a peach”….

It was at a time when I was experiencing feelings and emotions that didn’t serve me which led to actions that didn’t serve me or the others in my life.

So what is the difference between a coconut and a peach? A coconut is hard on the outside and soft on the inside whereas a peach is soft on the outside and hard on the inside. It is best to live your life strong on the outside with boundaries to protect yourself with a kind caring loving heart on the inside.
