Beautiful human, it is okay to feel. We are allowed to have not-so-good days where we feel unmotivated or down and we may know why or we may have no reason at all.
In fact, I just had one of those days this last week. Actually, a couple in a row even. 😅
Rather than beat ourselves up, I hope you come back to this meditation when you are having one of those days and lean into those feelings and give yourself grace.
Remember, we are meant to be on our own team. 🙏
