5 Minute Meditation to Recenter

Y'all, I'm a firm believer in the idea of a "powerful pause."
A powerful pause can be as simple as taking a breath. It's about taking a moment to bring awareness to how we are feeling in the present moment and check in with ourselves.
"How am I doing?"
"What am I feeling?"
"What do I need?"
The powerful pause is an incredible tool to use throughout the day to check-in, notice, reset (if needed), and become aware.
Let's take a short powerful pause, together. ✨
Come back to this meditation whenever you find yourself needing to take a few minutes to recenter.
