Sophie had the most interesting perspective on the sense of smell and how valuable and intimately connected to our memories and our lives but we are disconnected from it's potent magic. So many experiences, stories (and smells) are discussed and shared with a new and refreshing perspective.

Sophie Strand is a writer based in the Hudson Valley who focuses on the intersection of spirituality, storytelling, and ecology.
