Have you tried submerging your body in a tub filled with cold water and ice? You might think that it will only burn you but the truth is – ice baths can improve your life!

Many athletes and gym fanatics have been immersing themselves in cold water after a very tiring and strenuous activity because they believe that ice baths are the easiest and quickest ways to soothe muscle pain and soreness. You don’t have to sit in chilly water for too long because a few minutes will be enough to regenerate tissues and reduce muscle pain.
