You know the feeling... you begin to drift away into thinking about things that have already happened or the things that are yet to come. It might feel you with fear, anxiety, regret, uncertainty, hope, and so many more feelings, thoughts, and emotions.
But this focus on the past or the future robs us of the precious moments happening right before our eyes. My friend, this meditation is about regaining your presence and remembering to come back to living in the present moment.
The present moment is all we have, let's bring our awareness back to it.
