In this episode I talk to Sarah Cooke about how she found a way to build a business that supports her and lights her up, while still working around her family and the lifestyle she wants to lead.
Having overcome sports injury, corporate burnout and post-natal depression she went on to create a successful business as a massage therapist, online retailer and now helps and mentors other women in the Health and Wellbeing industry to create a flexible business to suit their needs.
