Welcome to another episode of the Speak Your Strength podcast, the podcast where we give sufferers of mental health a platform to share their story. This episode is something I've wanted to do for a while, because when it comes to OCD, there's a lot of misjudgements. Even personally, I didn't really know the extent of OCD until speaking to Logan. Logan is someone who's suffered with mental health for a while, from expressing who he is to dealing with bullying and of course the struggles that come with suffering from OCD. He started off nervous at the beginning of the interview, but as he started to open up and share advice you saw a completely different side to him. This is what this podcast is ALL about... people sharing their stories and inspiring others. THANK YOU LOGAN!
