I know, I know... it's been a while since the last episode but I've been struggling with a bit of overwhelm. I've had a lot going on, but a week ago I recorded this amazing interview with John.. John comes from Manchester, and had quite a challenging up bringing. In this interview he talks deeply about how he grew up, but also about his recent struggles with mental health. What I love about this episode in particular is how relate able John is to a lot of men, men who may feel like they have to suffer in silence. But John is a prime example that standing up and talking about how you feel can really change your life.
