Find Your Zeros or Heros
I want to talk about your new baseline, your new found zeros. So this is where it's all about discovering your energetic income level. At the same time, we're going to inspire you to create a new zero around your finances. Preferably, the zero is before the decimal point. Now, many women I've met in the soul rich woman community has this weird guilt and shame around having more than they need.
Here are some behaviors that I want to bring to your attention and to your awareness.
Number 1: Spending money to almost spend everything away.
Number 2: Feeling guilty that other people are in debt or are struggling.
Number 3: Feeling compelled to use your savings to save other people or fix other people's money mistakes.
Number 4: Emptying your bank account before receiving your salary so you're starting from zero again.
Number 5: Getting out of debt and then filling up your credit card again with debts.
Number 6: Uncomfortable having money in your savings account.
Number 7: Resisting setting up a savings account in the first place.
Number 8: Spending your savings account for things that you don't need.
