Declutter Your Life The Marie Kondo Way
I want to talk about decluttering, the Soul Rich Woman style. When you release and you let it go, it has a knock-on effect on other areas of your life, like a domino effect. So clutter can also be a physical representation of blame, shame, anger, and resentment. Decluttering can also be a really good exercise to let it all go because when you declutter, you free up mental creative energy which can be used for wealth-generating activities. So it really will feel very good. You must try to see it for yourself now everything must go. And it's usually for helping you to free up the space. Even emotional decluttering always goes for forgiveness and emotional freedom techniques. But don't underestimate estimate the emotional effects of decluttering as well.
Reasons why you should declutter.
Reason 1: It feels very good.
Reason 2: It creates energetic space for new ideas to emerge.
Reason 3: You release all energy and past embarrassments.
Reason 4: You will no longer compromise or tolerate shit in your life.
