It's so common for working moms (and some dads too, of course!) to take on way too much responsibility for things at home. There's nothing wrong with asking others to help out too! If you're thinking there's no time to exercise, prep healthy meals, get a good night's sleep, and juggle your job and kids, we get it. Everyone feels that way at times because there is so much invisible work involved in being a working mother. (And YES, I agree that all mothers work, whether you're doing it in or out of the home!) But there might just be more wiggle room than you realize. Get curious...Might it be possible to delegate some tasks and reclaim some time to do whatever it is you want to prioritize for yourself?
