With an International Strength and Conditioning Coach, Alex Makin is from Australia and is currently living and working in the United States permanently. He is the Director of Performance Genesis Sporting Performance and also the Director of Sports Performance in Hanover College. He has a master degree in Strength Training and Conditioning from Liberty University. Here we discuss about strength and mobility of a human body and how that works, as well as the breaking down of body composition is done in details. With the experience as a strength and conditioning coach, Alex Makin talks about strength training and how it's done and he also explains the truth about body fat and how it differs from one person to the other, and the ideal amount of body fat recommended for a person. He teaches us ways of taking charge of your own health and body. You get to know how body composition effects on mental health of a person. Alex shares his past experience while he was training himself and how he got into strength coaching and how he manages to train different generations at the same time.
