Building a lean, healthy and muscular body isn't hard. Nor is becoming a better man, husband, dad and leader.

What's hard for most men is committing to things for a long period of time. Relationships, workout programs, diets, jobs, businesses…

We're surrounded by shiny objects and our culture has made it easy and acceptable to change directions all the time, without penalty.
