In this solo episode, Melissa explores the concept of change and our natural resistance to it. She reflects on her recent work with a transformation coach which has led to profound insights, emphasizing that true transformation only occurs when we confront and move through challenges and learn to focus our energy on what fuels us. She discusses the importance of being radically transparent with self, especially when you start to feel disconnected or drained. This self-awareness is crucial for identifying what isn't working and when it’s necessary to make changes.
