Here are the tips I chat about today:

  1. Ginger: throw it in warm lemon water, smoothies, soups etc.
  2. Add ceylon cinnamon to smoothies & take your smoothie out 30-60 mins before eating it
  3. Consume more warming, grounding foods (soups, stews, cooked foods with raw foods- & spices like paprika, cumin, corriander)
  4. Cover your ankles from the cold when you're outside (channels on ankles that go up to the uterus that when cold can lower fertility)
  5. Eat dinner earlier
  6. Go to bed earlier
  7. Dry brushing
  8. Warm/hot yoga to sweat & ramp up internal heat
