The Make Time For You Podcast goes way beyond simply preaching about the importance of self-care. Instead, it is dedicated to exploring how you can get the most out of your brain & body, so you can be healthier, feel happier and achieve the things that are really important to you in your life. Join me, Jo Plimmer - Physiotherapist, Health Coach & ex-GB age grouper triathlete - as each episode I explore what making time for you actually does for your brain & body.
