This is your invitation to slow down and arrive. Before you dive into the pages of Dance of Attachment, take five minutes to breathe, settle your body, and connect with where you are right now.

There’s no right way to do this. You can sit, lie down, or move as you listen. This meditation is simply a space to shift from doing to being, to remind your nervous system that it’s safe to take your time.

Every pause, every sigh, every moment of awareness counts. You’re not here to get it perfect, you’re here to begin.
