The 5 minute tip I will be talking about today is gratitude. I will be talking about more than just what gratitude is, but also about what makes practicing gratitude more difficult, and referencing the numerous studies supporting the benefits of gratitude, and how you can reap the same positive results in only 5 minutes a day.
