Affirmations are like practice thoughts. We slowly begin to believe and unlearn harmful inner narratives and shift to a more loving awareness. In this meditation, you will focus on one of my favorite affirmations: 'I am loving awareness' and then come up with your own. Simply repeating the affirmation allowing affirmation to do its job.
