I want you to take a step back, a deep breath, and take 20 minutes today or whenever you listen to this to really do an evaluation and checkup on yourself during this time.
It is very easy to slip back into old, bad habits, let parts of our lives go and ignored, and become so clouded with fear and uncertainty that we let what we can't control do irrefutable permanent damage to our lives.
I have a tremendous amount of empathy for those suffering right now. This episode is a reminder to check back in with yourself and address the areas of your life that have fallen off track and get back to the standards you've set for yourself.
