Today's conversation is a good one!
I was recently at EmpowerHer Live in Arizona, which is a 3 day event with speakers and panels. The whole idea is for the hundreds of women who attended to learn, grow, connect, and network. It was an incredible weekend, I'm so glad I attended the event!
Trent Shelton (motivational speaker, author, and host of the Straight Up podcast) was one of the speakers at this event, and one of the things he said that really spoke to me was, "your perspective can be your power or your prison".
