Renowned entrepreneur Johnny Sirpilla explains the inspiration behind his best-selling book, Life is Hard but I'll Be OK, including how he and his wife overcame the loss three of their children.

Born into a wonderful family, Johnny considers himself blessed to have had an excellent start in life. But nothing could have prepared him for the greatest loss of his life – the death of his first three children on the day they were born.

Life can be tragic and present you with unimaginable scenarios, but you have the power to move past them. Pain is inevitable, but if we make it purposeful and learn from it, it can help not only ourselves but also the people in our lives.

Johnny believes the key to his extraordinary business and life success is that he finds purpose in what he does. Work can be fun if we realize its purpose and how that purpose impacts things that are beyond ourselves. Johnny believes that our work and personal lives are intrinsically linked and that who we are at work is merely a reflection of who we really are as an individual.

Johnny also details his unique approach to leadership and the handling conflicts in the workplace, which is based on facing reality, honesty, and respect.
