Are you one of those people who gained a lot of weight as a result of the COVID-19 lockdowns?

This episode may make you realize how critical it is to be physically fit during these times.

Losing weight and becoming physically fit may seem a bit insane during this time when fear is running rampant due to the possible pandemic.

But you should know that having a healthy body is one of the best ways to safeguard your immune system, an important part of staying healthy during even the most dangerous of epidemics.

Depending on how severe the outbreak is and how long it lasts, you may be tempted to skip working out or taking care of your diet. This is natural. Eating healthy and getting enough physical activity can help you lose weight. However, getting started can be difficult, especially if you have little time or money to spend.

Blake Cotton, a professional in IT, was one of those who experienced difficulty losing weight during lockdown. He had been into yo-yo dieting, crash dieting, and rebound dieting.

However, there was a time when he realized that it was better to break this vicious cycle and focus on building muscles and getting back on his feet again.

Of course, it is not easy, but by staying consistent with his home workouts, it helped him a lot to achieve his fitness goals.

Today, he's proud to say that he dropped 35 pounds through home training workouts and managed to break that vicious cycle!
