In today's fitness crazed culture it gets easy to get discouraged or overzealous. As a fitness runner and veteran, I've learned the ins and outs of what works and doesn't work when you're trying to stay fit and look your best, both physically and mentally. I'll talk about my experience in fitness and running, what works for me, times when I couldn't quite get it together, and how to maintain an attitude of forward thinking progress when it comes to your health and fitness goals, and it's probably not what you think!
