Guilt. It's a heavy feeling. But ... if you've ever considered yourself quick to people-please or prone to perfectionist tendencies, it might be a very familiar feeling indeed.
You might be using guilt as a way to motivate yourself to do things you think you *should* be doing or finding yourself feeling guilty for prioritising any of your own needs ...
So, let's talk about it.
In this episode of SelfKind with Erica Webb (that's me!) I'm talking about feeling guilty and what we can do to shift out of that as a default motivator and way of people-pleasing those around us.
