Whether COVID-19 hit you hard (like me) with your food relationships or you've been in a chronic caloric deficit for awhile, it takes a toll on both your physiology and psychology. You may not even know you've been under eating for a long time. I believe in looking at the whole picture both body and mind if we want to live an elite life.
