There are many ways you can release this kind of tight-sticky-angry energy. Some of my favourites are going into the forest and yelling or roaring, exercise, ecstatic dance - and of course, swearapy.

This practice works best if you're not particularly offended by swearing, but also donโ€™t use swear words often day to day. Itโ€™s all about releasing perfectionism, propriety, and giving yourself permission to be a little bit baaaad. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
