Have you been ignoring your body hoping that your pain will just magically go away?
After all, if you're not paying attention, it's not really there...right?
Unfortunately for many people this is exactly the opposite of how your brain and your body really communicate!
Remember: Pain is your body's alarm system. It's your body's way of communicating "HEY! PAY ATTENTION HERE!"
So what happens if you don't pay attention?
The Alarm gets louder. And louder. Until it starts effecting your function, your mental health, and your day to day life.
What's one of the easiest ways to turn down the volume? Simply this: PAY ATTENTION.
They KEY is to pay attention with an open, curious mind, not letting your anxiety, your thoughts past experiences and your fear of the future effect how you are viewing your pain now.
I know, easier said than done.
But with some guidance, I KNOW you can do it, and in this Wednesday walk and talk, I literally walk you through it!
