Live With Purpose

This was the most mentally, physically, and spiritually demanding experiences I chose to put myself through for many reasons. I don't share this to brag and boast but to be a living example for others (YOU) to hopefully use to your advantage for the goals you have in your life - whatever they might be.

For the first time in a very long time, I can say confidently that I will forever be proud of myself for honoring the promises I set out to fulfill.

Without compromise, without deviation, and with an undeniable intensity…

I set personal records on pace, fought through injury, broke through mental barriers that have been deeply integrated into my being, grew closer to God, overflowing with gratitude, AND all while closing out Phase 2 of #75hard with a MF exclamation point ‼️

Never give up on yourself and stop cutting corners or trying to find the “easy way”… you’ll miss out on the beauty in the struggle that life/God has to offer you.

Don’t wait to be led… be the leader and execute. Do this in your families, your relationships, your friend groups, your workplace, your church, etc.

Choose the road *least* traveled & find truth in every step of the way.

When you can tap into momentum and growth at will, your life will change forever… I want that for every single human that is alive & that is why I share my journey (which is far from over.)

Do the work necessary to bring out the best version of yourself in the areas of your life that matter the most to you. Every. Single. Day. Especially when you don’t feel like it.

That is where you truly start to unlock the potential that is within. Regardless of your situation/circumstances… if you can tap into the will that inside of you, you will find a way no matter what.
