Feeling emotionally drained, overstimulated, or like you just want to hide after too much peopling? You might be in an introvert hangover and you’re not alone.
In this episode, I’m sharing a gentle 3-step recovery ritual I use whenever I feel emotionally fried or socially overloaded. It’s called the Introvert Hangover Recovery routine, and it’s designed to help highly sensitive introverts come back to themselves without guilt or pressure.
If you’ve ever struggled to bounce back after too much stimulation or people time, this episode will give you a soft, nurturing way to rest, regroup, and feel like yourself again.
