Each new year, many of us begin doing something we have a difficult time doing normally, we look forward and start planning for the future. It's no secret that many of us struggle in a similar fashion with being very past-oriented. We recycle thoughts and emotions and get stuck with habits we don't want. When a new year comes around, many of us are more focussed on starting a year strong towards some goals we want, or some things we want to be different.
