Tracy was diagnosed in 2007 with Stage 2B ER+ at the age of 36 and has undergone a double mastectomy and 5 years later had her breasts removed and has gone flat. She has taken her journey and experience and is now given back to other breast cancer survivors through her company, Going Flat Fashions.
About Going Flat
Going Flat Fashions is a social enterprise that serves post-mastectomy women through fashion; empowers women to feel beautiful after mastectomy, and educates and advocates around the issue of flat closure (either full or unilateral) as a valid choice for reconstruction.
I offer wardrobe consultation, personal shopping services, curated clothing, made-by-me art, branded merchandise, and fashionable & fun accessories to all. I am a breast cancer warrior and an artist, and this project is a way for me to give back to the community in a meaningful way.
My mission is to support women after mastectomy and inspire style confidence in all women. Whether you're a survivor, previvor, or supporter, I know you'll find something you love at Going Flat!
