It can be tough(!) to pause for self-care when burnt out, but those essential pauses can be transformative. I've learned that the act of being kind to oneself is not a luxury; it's a necessity - our souls die without it. Don't they?
Do you wish people would support you more?
Are you being a bit TOO tough on yourself?
What do you think would happen if you DID practice self-kindness amidst life's pressures?
