140 Meditation For Deep Relaxation

So many of us are experiencing lots of inner and outer stress. This is a brief, effective, and easy guided meditation for relaxation and to release stress. Since it could be dangerous when coupled with other activities, please do not listen to this guided meditation when you are driving or doing any other activity. This meditation is done when sitting or lying down when you are ready to completely focus and let go so that you can deeply release.
Each podcast in this series of podcasts on awakening stand on its own. However, they also build on each other so are are most powerful if listened to in sequence from the first one and on.
