Hel is an awesome goddess - and her name, in Swedish, means 'heal', 'whole' and 'holy' (helig).

She is a portal of death and rebirth, and an amazing healer. TRUST HER!
She helped me enormously to heal deep layers of grief, sadness and ancestral wounding.
