You'll get to know a little about me, my thoughts, training philosophies, qualifications, approach and thoughts in general about the Australian Fitness Industry at large. I talk about the specific information that I want to draw out of each guest, how I scratch below the surface, and how I want to investigate and get an insight into what makes them tick, how they managed to succeed in a crowded and often superficial and fickle industry.
The Fitness Industry is brutal, career 'life expectancy' is short, so why and how did they succeed. This Ep will set the scene and explain me, and what I'm about on the Australian Fitness Podcast. Over my time working in this field, I’ve been lucky enough to come into contact with a lot of very smart, highly qualified and extensively experienced coaches and trainers.
Each week on the Podcast I’ll be talking to these people about their time in the fitness game, people from all backgrounds and people that have various roles and experiences in gym training, athlete conditioning, transforming and impacting others.
I’ll be scratching under the surface and getting a real insight into what makes these people tick, how and why they became part of the Australian Fitness scene, and importantly, how they go about their trade, and why they’re so successful at what they do, both personally and professionally.
