Send us a text You Like What You See in the Mirror but, Not in Pictures. ‼️This is not a, “body hate thing”. It’s a “way you hold your body hate thing”. Which you can change by bringing awareness to the differences between when stand in front of a mirror & when you stand to take a picture. Is it your posture? The way you tilt your head? How you hold your arm? The angle of your hips? Do you stand on one hip? Whatever the difference, work on feeling* the way you want to hold your body in the mirror so you easily hold this position for pictures. Feeling my body in the positions I feel most confident in is something I work on daily so I’m proud of every picture I take; on stage & off. Then honor those feelings with self respect so you do not lose control of your mind. 💭Don’t ask others about their food/drink choices because you don’t like people asking about yours. 💭The sentences below are 100% acceptable. “I’m full.” “I’m not hungry right now.” “I’ll make my plate when I’m ready to eat.” “No thank you.” “I’m just eating what I want to eat.” “I can eat that, I’m choosing not to.” You do not need to add words to these sentences. They all end in a period. If you need to say them more than once, end them with an exclamation mark ‼️ - Be 100% present this holiday season.
