Turn to your journal and be present with what's in your field, bring it to the blank page, and cultivate deeper levels of self-leadership, personal power, and creativity.
Even shift the way that you feel.
"It's important to be able to feel because it's through the duality and the contrast that we can know ourselves . Our emotions allow us to feel into the depths of who we are. "
