Aloha and Blessings from the Rainforest of Hawaii!
It is the first sunny morning in many days now with the rainy season upon us. I've missed the tranquility of rainforest...sans rain and couldn't think of a better way to offer Peace to those who are grieving then to share this moment with you.
The sun is rising over the Ohia forest, the tiny birds are singing and a gentle breeze is making movement in the trees.
It is peace and serenity and the magic of the rainforest....sharing this with you who are grieving and missing your Beloved.
The journey of grief is two fold: One connects us with sisters who are grieving with us and the other takes us within. Deep connection to self, listening to what your body is saying, your mind and heart...This is where the medicine of grief is found.
