Aha Moment, Insight

This used to happen to me all the time.
I was trying to lose weight and not struggle with food.
So I’d read the latest book and have a major ‘aha’ moment.

I’d get some big insight and get really, really excited.
Wow!
This is it!
I can see exactly what the solution is and why I’ve been struggling!
I now know what to do and starting tomorrow, my problem will be gone.

I’d go to bed excited and confident that I finally figured out what to do.
I couldn’t wait to wake up the next day and get started.

Boy, was I ever surprised to find that the next day was just another repeat of all the other days.
Make a plan.
Try to eat in a new way.
Fail, give up, and beat myself up.

I was so disappointed.
I really thought this was it.
I had the insight.
I had the understanding.
So why couldn’t I change?

This coaching session will show you what I learned the hard way.
The insight, the ‘aha’ moment is great and feels motivating.
But you need to know what to do after you get that lightning bolt of insight.
And that is what I will teach you today.
