Mike Claudio is a man who understands the power of a single conversation. As a personal coach and founder of a nonprofit organization that provides name-brand shoes to children in need, Mike has built a reputation for caring deeply about people and helping them achieve their goals.

Unlike many individual coaches out there, Mike has built a coaching business that focuses on developing people in all areas of their lives. He believes that true success comes from finding balance and harmony between work, family, and personal growth, and he works tirelessly to help his clients achieve that balance. And when he's not coaching, he's busy running his nonprofit organization, which has sent over 5000 pairs of shoes to children in need over the last two years.

Growing up, Mike had a strong work ethic instilled in him by his parents, who were always pushing him and his siblings to be their best. But he also felt the pressure to conform to society's expectations of what success should look like. He went to college, got a corporate job, and tried to fit into the mold that had been laid out for him. But despite his successes, he felt unfulfilled and unhappy.

It wasn't until he tore his ACL during his senior year of high school that he realized how much he had invested in sports and how little he had invested in his personal growth. He didn't have any backup plans or hobbies, and he felt lost without sports to give him a sense of purpose. He turned to all the wrong things to fill the void, and it took years before he started to do what was truly best for him.

After spending a decade in corporate America, Mike knew he needed to make a change. He wanted to build his own legacy and be in control of his future, so he took the leap and started his own coaching business. And when his former employer tried to scare him into staying, it only confirmed for Mike that he was on the right path.

If he could go back and give himself one piece of advice as an underdog entrepreneur, Mike would tell himself to start building his personal brand from the very beginning. He knows that a strong personal brand can open doors and create opportunities that might not otherwise be available, and he believes that it's the key to building a successful business.

Mike's story is a powerful reminder that success isn't just about achieving external markers of success like a big house or a high-paying job. It's about finding balance and harmony in all areas of your life and investing in your personal growth and development. One thing that keeps Mike on track is his ‘champions manifesto’, which is outlined below:

Purpose:

Creating Champions by having an impact on every conversation I have. Be the example. Setting the STANDARD.

I am:

  • I am the CEO of my home

  • I am the example of a champion in all things I do for my wife and sons

  • I am the example of discipline and mental toughness for my son's first

  • I am the best one on one business coach for contractors in the WORLD to show my sons what’s possible

  • I am a Life Changer and I started with my own

  • I am one of the best speakers in the world because I never miss an opportunity to talk with my kids

  • I am the most authentic and transparent person I know because I am raising men that I want to follow me

  • I am one of the best CEOs in the country

  • I own a $4 Million revenue company in 2023

  • I own a $10 million revenue company in 2026 with 61 employees

  • I am a decamillionaire at 40 (Net worth of $25,000,000)

I will:

  • I will have 15 coaches in 2023

  • I will have 40 coaches in 2026

  • I will do 10 hours of coaching per week in 2023

  • I will do 0 hours of external coaching in 2024

Never again list:

  • I will never overindulge

  • I will never give anyone my power

  • I will never be a disengaged parent

  • I will never be a disengaged husband

  • I will never let my ego become a problem

  • I will never forget who I am and not be comfortable and confident with it

Core Values:

  • Communicate proactively

  • Operate with a help-first mentality
