This often presents as lower energy, migraines, stress, menopause belly/issues, weight gain, constipation, diarrhea, pain patterns, and sleep issues (this is a short list!). Using no band-aids or quick fixes, just long-term root cause resolution that helps the client get to the source and to a state of wellness that leaves them with more choices, joy, and tools to stay well and enjoy the freedom from feeling unwell.
