Renee spent 40 years on the diet rollercoaster, but was eventually able to lose her weight, and maintain her weight loss over the past decade by facing her stuff….instead of stuffing her face. She has written about her journey, and her approach to coaching women through weight loss, in her book What’s Really Eating You: Overcome the Triggers of Comfort Eating.
