On this episode, I’m excited to be speaking with Tj Power. Tj is a neuroscientist, international neuroscience speaker and online mental health content creator who has delivered mental health training to over 10,000 people and is the co-founder of Neurify.
He delivers highly engaging, gamified mental health training experiences and has built a new formula for mental health called DOSE. DOSE stands for Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins (the 4 leading mental health brain chemicals) and teaches employees and students to understand their mental health.
Tj’s Instagram account has almost 80k followers and he provides neuroscience-based mental health guidance every day.
