Sean is a father of three, grandfather to two and a husband of one.
His passion is seeing social change, and spreading the message about the importance of fathers and father figures in a child’s life, and their significant impact on development and wellbeing.
As the founder of the organisation 4 Fathers, Sean joined The Fathering Project in 2016 to assist in the establishment of the organisation and its programs across NSW.
Sean now works as the Partnerships and Community Relations Manager and is responsible for the expansion of the programs throughout Australia to reach as many fathers and families through its delivery in Schools, Corporates and other Organisations.
